On the 30th of May then I had the pleasure of dancing some short baroque dances of own creatation in Dejunérsalongen at Drottningholm Court Theatre during the vernissage of Skräddade Berättelser - 100 år av scenkostymer på Drottningholm (Tailored Stories - 100 years of costumes at Drottningholm). Accompanining me on the harpsicord was the fantastic Mariangiola Martello playing some segments by J.P. Rameau.
The exhibition was curated by the fantastic Anna Kjellsdotter and includes costumes from the last 100 years that has been used at the theatre, as well as stories from dancers, singers and performers wearing through the century. The costumes are spread out all around the whole 1700th centry theatre in all it’s small rooms and corridors. But there will also be an augmented reality (AR) segment where you will be able to see some dancing by me on the app Artivive as part of the whole thing.
The exhibition will be open all summer from the 6th of June to 30th of September.
